Martin Yale BCS410/BCS412 Business Card Slitters
The Martin Yale
BCS 400 series provides all of the features of the 200 series with the addition
of an extra bin to accommodate perforating and scoring (slitting wheels
available as option). Available in a 10-up or 12-up format, premium
features include perfect cuts, catch tray receptacle and adjustable feed to
accommodate different types of material thickness. It is important to note
that your stock must be centered and square to the page, with equal registration
on all sides. These units do not accommodate a bleed (unless on outside
edge).

- The BCS410 cuts 8 1/2" x 11" sheets into two
strips of 3 1/2" x 11" on the first pass and finishes the job by taking the
five up sheets and cutting it down to 2" x 3 1/2" cards
- The BCS412 cuts 8 1/2" x 11" sheets into
three strips of 3 1/2" x 8 1/2" on the first pass and finishes the job by
taking the four up sheets and cutting them down to 2" x 3 1/2" cards
- For jobs that are printed in 4-up format on
3 1/2" x 8 1/2" sheets the BCS412 handles the conversion to 2" x 3 1/2"
cards in one easy pass
- Cutting blades are semi-self sharpening to
allow for years of operation without sharpening or replacement
- Adjustable paper guides allow for easy set
up for customized needs
- Up to 375 cards/minute
- Continuous feeding of stacks up to 5/8"
