Shape Based Rating accurately determines the rate for each piece of mail based on its length, width, thickness, and weight - all in compliance with USPS® regulations. Intellilink® technology - Lets you update your system with the latest software and postage rates through the touch of a button. The Control Center is user-friendly, and helps guide you through as you process your mail.

Built-in savings - The DM475™ system gives you access to USPS® Commercial Base Prices for Express Mail® and Priority Mail® for savings up to 5% off retail rates. 1. Self-Aligning Feed System with Maximum Flexibility
Envelopes are fed straight to protect the contents, yield precise postage printing, and guard against wasted postage. The durable stainless steel deck provides smooth handling of materials ranging from postcards to 13” x 15” flats and a thickness of up to 5/16”.

2. Automatic Processing
Feed, sealing and imprinting postage on up to 120 envelopes per minute. Helps to quickly and efficiently manage large mailings.

3. Tip-To-Tip Sealing Protects Envelope Contents
Pressure and transport rollers work together to provide a positive seal securing contents of the envelope.

4. Weigh-On-The-Way®
In line weighing eliminates sorting pieces by weight and size. Each piece is weighed and measured and the proper postage is applied.

5. Easy Access To Postage Tapes
Manage envelopes and parcels. The self-adhesive roll tape dispenses cut-to-size tape eliminating waste. The auto tape feature allows the system to automatically generate a tape for heavier mail when it is placed on the scale, new tape is replaced quick and easy.

6. Integrated Weighing Options
Choose from several integrated weighing options to enable easy processing of correct postage on individual, oversized pieces. Optional 10lb. integrated weighing platform shown.
