Secap Barcode Verifier

The Secap Verifier provides companies with an automated solution for enhancing existing print quality control programs. The Secap Verifier scans pieces during the production run and measures the barcode bar height, bar width, bar spacing, skew, density, fill, and readability to verify if the printed information meets Postal standards.

Note: The Secap Verifier should increase your chances of passing MERLIN®, however it is not a substitute for other quality control procedures and, for even better results should be used in conjunction with other procedures.
