APPLICATIONS

Inserting, Flighted Conveyors, Glue Tipping. CD-Placer places raw DVD and CD's practically anywhere accurately. Automatically place promotional objects such as coins, keys, pens/pencils, as well as other customized items such as CD's, packets and pouches directly into the track of all standard swing arm inserters.

HOW DOES THE PICK ARM WORK?

The Reciprocating Pick Arm places product directly into the inserter track (shown below on a conveyor) at a high rate of speed.

This is how it works:

The Reciprocating Pick Arm grabs the product with two suction cups.

Then the Pick Arm begins to rotate 180^O and prepares to accurately place the product.

Once the Pick Arm makes it's full 180^O turn it places the product directly where you want it to be positioning.

Automatically place promotional objects as well as other customized items such as CD's, packets and pouches directly into the track of all standard swing arm inserters.

Dual suction cups gives you more control of product.
