Production Self-Powered/Stand Alone Vacuum Transport Base with Cogent model 5060 infrared dryer.

The Cogent model 5060 is a 4" wide infrared 4,000 dryer is integrated into the 30" Vacuum Transport Base: the transport base features a built-in photo sensor for automatic dryer lamp on/off control, consequently this unit can be used as standalone or in line with any production equipment.

The dryer mount can be incrementally raised or lowered from the transport surface to accommodate various media height.

The dryer base can work either with or without the vacuum pump being turned on. 

The vacuum transport base has left-to-right travel direction; the dryer lamp intensity is variable via rheostat control knob.
