Color Touchscreen
A graphical icon-based color touch screen is provided for easy set up and navigation. Perfect binding, tape binding and lining binding can be performed with simple select from touch screen.
Book block production for Case binding
2nd Level plate is available for lining bound book block production. End paper can be added here after notching process so that lining bound book can be produce in single pass.
Notching station
The double pass notching system produces strong book binds. Notching can be easily set ON or OFF from the touch screen. Notching cutter is specially designed for PUR glue binding so that notching cutter performs very fine pitch roughening.
Glue tank
Glue amount and cut off can be controlled from the touch screen. Teflon coated cassette style glue tank is very easy to clean. Glue tank clearing station is prepared for easy cleaning.
Nipping station
Strong Nipper mechanism ensures to strong and clean look book. Nipping pressure, Nipping height, Nipping time, Nipping waiting time and Nipping angle can be adjusted from the touch screen.
Fume extraction ( 6 VS-160): Option
Optional fume extraction blower can be equipped for clean and comfortable operation. Extraction hood is equipped as standard for easy arrangement of evacuation at shop floor.
Creaser (CRB-160): Option
Optional CRB-160 impact creaser can be on-line to prepare creased (up to 8 line) cover.
