Service and Support Options from Addrex

Toll-Free Phone and E-mail Support: Addrex provides unlimited FREE toll-free phone and e-mail support (during normal business hours M-F, 8:30AM - 5:00PM EST) to all of its current customers with accounts in GOOD standing (For non-customers please call us for an estimate).  We will do our best to answer all of your questions for any problem(s) that you have and provide troubleshooting steps and recommendations to get you up and running again.

Online Remote Assistance: If you are having trouble with your address printer, laser printer or mailing software there is an option for assistance directly from us through the Internet (provided you have a high speed connection).  We can offer installation, training and support by connecting directly to your computer.  Below is a brief list of what Addrex can provide online assistance with:

On-Site / Return to Depot Service: For times when problems can't be fixed with troubleshooting methods over the phone, by e-mail, or online remote assistance, you also have the ability to schedule a service call for us to come out to your location or ship your equipment back to us for repair.  On-Site Service typically is only available to local customers within the Greater Cleveland area, however some of the equipment we sell have service agreements available across the United States.  If On-Site service is not an option for you, then you can ship certain desktop/tabletop equipment back to us for repair at our location.  For pricing on both options please contact us.
