PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE CAREFULLY. BY USING THIS SITE, YOU INDICATE YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, THEN DO NOT USE THIS SITE.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

PRODUCT WARRANTY
ADDREX prides itself at providing the best quality products and service. ADDREX warrantees that all the products it sells are free from manufacturing defects. Any defective product received by the end user will be repaired or exchanged for a non-defective, identical product. This offer is limited to the duration and parameters of the manufacturer's warranty; and applies to the product only. ADDREX is not liable for any other expense - shipping or otherwise - incurred by the end user for repairing or exchanging a product. Ink jet cartridges and bulk ink require proper handling & storage, defective products are to be returned to the original manufacturer for exchange; contact ADDREX for the return address and R.A. number.

ADDREX does not warrantee that a product will meet all the specific needs of its end user; nor that a product will perform beyond or outside the intended use of its design. ADDREX is not responsible for occasional typographical errors on the website. Manufacturers' order processing time and product availability are beyond the control of ADDREX. Any projected shipment dates provided by ADDREX are estimates only. ADDREX cannot be responsible for the date a product actually ships out of the manufacturer's door. ADDREX also cannot be responsible for damage a product incurs while being shipped to the end user. In keeping with good customer service, ADDREX will assist its customer in pursuing a remedy with the carrier in whose custody a product was damaged or with the manufacturer who shipped the product. However, such remedy is solely at the discretion of the carrier or manufacturer.

SHIPPING POLICY
Most orders placed before 3 P.M. Eastern Standard will ship out the same day provided that the item(s) are in stock.  Orders may also be drop shipped directly from the manufacturer.  The time tables provided by UPS are only estimates based on your zip code, actual shipping times may vary due to factors outside of our control (freight carrier delay, weather, etc.).  Shipping costs provided by ADDREX are estimated costs that may be updated/changed due to re-routing a shipment after it has been sent out, incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer or other surcharges the freight carrier my levy (ex. UPS levies additional charges for any incorrect shipping addresses).  Any additional surcharges by the freight carriers will be added to your credit/debit card once we are made aware of any surcharges.

RETURN POLICY
Due to the nature of our business, ADDREX maintains an "all sales are final" policy.

A return will only be accepted up a duration of 15 days and/or parameters of the manufacturer's warranty for exchange or repair if a product is found to have a manufacturing defect. The end user needs to acquire a Return Authorization from the customer service department at ADDREX. The defective product then needs to be shipped in its original packaging to the location provided by the customer service department at ADDREX.  No return shipments will be accepted by ADDREX, or by the manufacturer of the defective product, without the original packaging and Return Authorization. Orders cannot be returned or refused once they have shipped, except when received damaged and claim has been recorded and signed by the freight company's driver.

In some cases the sales department at ADDREX may arrange an exchange with the manufacturer for an alternative product. Once it is received in satisfactory condition by the manufacturer, the original product will be refunded, minus a restocking fee up to 50%, and the end user will be billed for the replacement product. The original product must be returned in "As New" condition, in the original packaging and with a Return Authorization provided by the customer service department at ADDREX. Any returned item that does not meet all three conditions will be considered the property of the end user; and will be shipped back to the end user at the end user's expense. No credit will be provided for any product returned that does not meet all three conditions. Additionally, ADDREX reserves the right to charge an additional 5% fee on all cancelled orders, if the order has already been processed. Credits are issued in the form of ADDREX store credit and must be used within 12 months from the date of the credit. This credit can be used towards future purchases with ADDREX within the timeframe specified above. All software, support contracts, and extended warranties is non-returnable; no exceptions. Absolutely no returns on special order parts and/or supplies are allowed.
